Day 1:ANTANANARIVO
- Arrive in Antananarivo (TNR).
- Welcome and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: ANTANANARIVO – ANTSIRABE
Breakfast at the hotel.
Depart for Antsirabe, en route enjoy panoramic views of terraced rice fields and the tombs of the Malagasy highlands. Stop to visit a handcrafted aluminum pot factory in Ambatolampy. Upon arrival in Antsirabe, check in at the hotel, then explore the city, including workshops of semi-precious stone cutters and artisans who create exquisite handwoven tablecloths, a hallmark of Madagascar. Additionally, visit the City of Water and other local workshops.

Day 3: ANTSIRABE – FIANARANTSOA
Breakfast at the hotel.
Before departing for Fianarantsoa, enjoy a rickshaw ride along Avenue Antsirabe. Stop in Ambositra, the capital of Malagasy handicrafts and wood carving, and visit several craft shops.
Continue the journey to Fianarantsoa, the capital of the Betsileo region, where you can admire the distinctive landscapes, architecture, and rice terraces of the Betsileo ethnic group.

Day 4: TRAIN FIANARANTSOA – MANAKARA
After breakfast, transfer to the train station for a scenic journey to Manakara. The journey takes 7 to 8 hours, with picturesque views and occasional stops for local specialties. Upon arrival in Manakara, a vehicle will transfer you to the hotel.

Day 5: MANAKARA – RANOMAFANA
Breakfast at the hotel.
Travel to the eastern coast of Madagascar for a visit to the Pangalanes Channel by traditional Malagasy canoe. Explore the villages of fishermen and witness the endemic flora of the region, including the traveler’s tree (ravinala).
In the afternoon, take a walking tour of the village, visit the thermal baths, and enjoy a swim in the hot water pool. A night tour of the park is also planned.

Day 6: RANOMAFANA – AMBALAVAO
Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit Ranomafana National Park, a humid forest rich in endemic flora and fauna, including various species of lemurs and chameleons. The park is renowned for its diverse orchid and fern species.
After the visit, depart for Ambalavao, known as the “City of Wine.”

Day 7: AMBALAVAO – RANOHIRA

Visit the Antaimoro papermaking workshops, a specialty of the region.
Continue your journey with a stop at the Anja village reserve for a one-hour visit, followed by a scenic drive through the beautiful landscapes of southern Madagascar.
Arrive in Ranohira (Isalo).

Day 8: RANOHIRA
After breakfast, depart for a visit to Isalo National Park. Enjoy a hike through the park, home to various species of lemurs such as the sifaka, and admire its flora, including the rare Tsingy plants. The Namaza circuit offers opportunities to see numerous lemurs, followed by a visit to the Blue Swimming Pool, the Black Swimming Pool, and the Nymphs’ Waterfall. To relax after the hike, take a swim in the natural pool.

Day 9: RANOHIRA – TULEAR

After exploring the Rat Canyon in the morning, depart Ranohira for Tulear. Enjoy the view of the first southern baobabs, and admire the arid landscape and the Mahafaly tombs.
Stop at Zombitse Vohibasia National Park to view more southern baobabs.

Day 10: TULEAR – ANAKAO
Breakfast at the hotel.
Take a speedboat transfer to Anakao, a fishermen’s village renowned for its beautiful southern beaches.
Enjoy time on Anakao Beach and relax.

Day 11: ANAKAO
Day 12: ANAKAO – AMBOLA
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy time at the Ambola domain, which offers bathing opportunities in a coral reef located just 100 meters from the hotel. In the morning, there is also the chance to observe whales. In the afternoon, visit the ANGAP park or Madagascar National Park at Tsimanampetsotsa, known for its red flamingos and bottle baobabs. Day 13: AMBOLA – ITAMPOLO

Day 15: LAVANONO
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy the lagoon of Lavanono, with options for quad biking, fishing, or surfing. Lavanono is renowned as a world-class surfing destination. The coastline’s unique structure creates exceptional waves, ideal for thrill-seekers. It has even hosted international surfing competitions. Located at the base of a massive canyon resembling a half-crater formed by an asteroid impact 4,800 years ago, Lavanono was once an isolated fishing village. Villagers traveled 70 km by zebu cart to fetch water from neighboring villages. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 16: LAVANONO – CAP SAINTE MARIE – FAUX CAP
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the magnificent Cap Sainte Marie, known for its pristine beaches, sand dunes, and the Cap Sainte Marie Special Reserve, home to hundreds of turtles. Between August and November, humpback whales can also be observed. Continue to Faux Cap, a charming fishing village located 30 km south of Tsihombe. Enjoy its large lagoon and untouched fine sandy beach. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 17: FAUX CAP – AMBOVOMBE – FORT DAUPHIN
Breakfast at the hotel. Travel to Fort Dauphin, passing through the exceptional landscapes of Androy, including the cactus forest and the sisal plantations of Amboasary. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 18: FORT DAUPHIN
Breakfast at the hotel. Fort Dauphin showcases Madagascar’s natural beauty, with lush forests, mountains, and stunning rivers. Visit protected parks to see lemurs and relax on the region’s beautiful beaches. Explore the town, visit Libanona Beach, and discover the three coastal lakes west of Fort Dauphin: Andratolohara, Andranany, and Andriambe (also known as Vinanibe). Day 19: FORT DAUPHIN – ANTANANARIVO
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Fort Dauphin Airport to take the flight to Antananarivo. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
