Day 1: Antananarivo
Reception at Antananarivo airport and delivery of documents, transfer to the Hotel. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 2: Antananarivo - Tsiroanimandidy
Route to Tsiroanimandidy passing through the small town of Analavory with its volcanic landscape. This region is famous for his big lake and fish. We take lunch there and do short detour to visit the Analavory Geyser before continuing to our destination.
Dinner and night at the hotel.
Day 3: Tsiroanimandidy - Ambatomalama
Breakfast and transfer on a very difficult track to Ambatomalama with 8 hours of car, the porter will wait for us at a place 1 hour walk before arriving at Ambatomalama. 1st camp. Dinner and night in bivouac.
Day 4: Ambatomalama - Ankavandra - Ambana
Breakfast and we leave our first campsite then walk 2 hours for Akavandra village and the boarding place where the river trip begins. A half day river trip on canoe, 4 hours is needed to reach the sand beach of Ambana for the second day of camping.
Dinner and overnight
Day 5 - 6 : Ambana - Manitoany - Bebozaka
7 hours of canoeing per day with stops to cook. A landscape of mountains and savannah.
Nights in bivouac
Day 7: Bebozaka - Andadoany (Bekopaka)
This is the last day on the river, the landscape of the Manambolo gorge begins to fade with the small fishing villages. A little further we begin to see the ferry crossing for 4x4s to the Tsingy du Bemaraha.
Dinner and night at the hotel.
Day 8: Bekopaka - Morondava
After breakfast, transfers by 4×4 to Belo Tsiribihina and stop for lunch and ferry crossing.
Road to the avenue of Baobab but first visit the sacred Baobabs and its loving Baobabs, to finally enjoy the sunset in the Alley of the Baobabs which is very famous.
Dinner and night at the hotel.
Day 9: Morondava - Belo Sur Mer
Departure in the morning after breakfast from Morondava for the direction of Belo sur Mer.
Along the road we will see different landscapes but above all a little desert in general.
We will see baobabs. Installation at the Hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 10: Belo sur Mer
Belo is a small town of fishing origin with around 12,000 inhabitants.
Very famous for the construction of Malagasy sailboats called “Dhow or Botry in Malagasy” which we were able to visit.
It is always cool and windy except from December to March. The sea is turquoise, the sunsets are magnificent, the atmosphere is calm and relaxed.
The excursions will be chosen especially since Belo is very famous for the different activities such as excursions to the neighbouring island in particular Nosy Andravoho,
Nosy Andrianangary and Nosy Andriamitaroka which evokes the earthly paradise.
Day 11: Belo sur Mer – Manja
Manja is a small, peaceful town in western Madagascar.
Located on the road between Belo-sur-Mer and Morombe, it is possible to stop there to spend the night during a trip between these two towns.
Day 12: Manja - Andavadoaka
We will be staying at the hotel.
We follow the course of this coast always to the west of Madagascar to observe the different landscapes and continue along the sides of the Mozambique Channel to the very beautiful sea.
Andavadoaka is a small fishing village located on the southwest coast of Madagascar. It is located in Morombe (district), 45 km south of the town of Morombe in the South West region.
The village lies on the edge of a shallow lagoon protected from the open sea by a series of fringing and submerged reefs.
This is the region where we also call the region of “VEZO” which also means people of the sea. We can organize an excursion in a traditional canoe as an option.
Day 13: Andavadoaka - Ambatomiloha
Relaxing day after the long road.
Day 14: Ambatomiloha
Let’s call it the short break stay on the Mozambique Channel side which means the west coast of Madagascar. Where you will have the most beautiful memories of your trip during this tour especially at the sea, beach and hotel.
Different activities are possible.
Day 15: Ambatomiloha - Ifaty - Ranohira
Along the route we will see different small villages that will surely be different from the area that was already made because they use raw materials that depend much on the area where they live to build the huts. Visit to the National park of Zombitse. A dry forest in the desert. Visit to the sapphire mining village in Ilakaka. Installation at the hotel well located not far from the Isalo National Park.
Day 16: Visit Isalo National Park
Breakfast at the hotel.
With a specialised park guide, day visit to the Isalo Massif National Park: canyon, waterfall, natural swimming pool; the black pool and the blue pool. Observation of lemurs, birds, butterflies, lizards. The Bara royal tomb, the old Bara village, contact with the villagers.

Day 17: Ranohira - Tsaranoro Valley
Breakfast at the hotel.
We take the NR7 to reach the famous Tsaranoro Valley. One of the best sites for hiking and trekking.
Arriving at the end of the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 18-19: Visit Tsaranoro Valley and Andringitra Massif
Breakfast at the Hotel.
Discovery day of the Andrigitra National Park Beautiful landscapes of the park, valleys, waterfalls, reminding of lunar landscapes.
The park lives on a bedrock of crystalline rock composed of sandstone and granite. A wide diversity of ecosystems ranging from lowland rainforest to high mountain meadows: more than 20 mammal species and 62 bird species. The plain is also rich in terrestrial orchids.
Picnic lunch Dinner and overnight camping.
Day 20: Andrigitra - Ranomafana
Breakfast in the hotel.
Road to Ranomafana. Stop at Ambalavao to visit the village reserve of the Anja forest. Visit an antemoro papermaking workshop and a wine cellar along the way. Arrival in Ranomafana at the end of the day.

Day 21: Visit Ranomafana National Park
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to Ranomafana National Park, try to see in the wild the endemic lemurs which are the greater Bamboo and the Golden bamboo; you may see other lemurs’ species as the black and white ruffed; the common brown; Milne Edward’s sifaka … Please note that Ranomafana National Park hosts more than 100 birds and the Henst Accipiter henstii which is the top one; the Nelicourvi Weaver and Madagascar White-eye… Five species of viverrids, reptiles, lizards, butterflies, and other insects have been recorded in this park.
After the visit Ranomafana National Park, lunch in the local restaurant and free afternoon or relaxing time at the famous thermal pool center.

Day 22: Ranomafana - Antsirabe (6 hours)
After breakfast, road to Antsirabe, the town of water. Lunch at Antsirabe and a free afternoon. Possiblity to visit Tritriva lake.
Day 23: Antsirabe - Antananarivo - international flight
After breakfast, return to Antananarivo.
Arrival in Tana around the afternoon.
Rest and dinner at the hotel before transfer to the airport at night.
