Flight to Antananarivo (TNR)
Your trip to Madagascar starts in Antananarivo. Reception on arrival at the airport and transfer to your hotel.

Departure for Antsirabe. On the road, panoramic view of the rice terraces and also the tombs of the highlands of Madagascar. Stop to visit a craft factory, manufacture of casseroles and aluminum products in Ambatolampy and visit of the city.
Arrived in Antsirabe, we settle in the hotel. Then we visit the city, the workshops of semi-precious stone cutters, the craftsmen who make splendid tablecloths by hand, a hallmark of Madagascar.

We continue our visits to the south towards the ranomafana national park.
Day at ranomafana national park, the 42,000 hectares of rainforest and home to most species of lemurs in Madagascar: golden bamboo, red-bellied bamboo, eastern gray bamboo, tall bamboo, brown-toothed red-fronted, small-toothed sportsman and black-and-white ruffs and Milne-Edward’s sifaka… and more than 100 species of birds, 30 of which alone are endemic to the country.

Ambalavao is reached directly via Fianarantsoa by national street 7. Ambalavao is one of the
cultural centers of Madagascar, we enjoy captivating landscapes and breathtaking views of
vineyards, rice terraces, with architectural treasures such as its Gothic and picturesque cathedral
houses lined with verandas, surrounded by rocky mountains. If we have time, visit the Antemoro papermaking.

Visit of the Antaimoro paper mill, (specialty of the city).
We continue our journey and we stop in the village reserve of Anja, for a visit of 1 hour. Continuation of the road crossing the beautiful landscapes of the south.
Arrival in Ranohira (Isalo).

Departure after breakfast for the visit of the national park of Isalo. So take advantage of your hike to rub shoulders with gidro
and sifaka. On the flora side, the Tsingy are a real El Dorado for botanists with its 650 species of rare plants.
This walk requires good shoes. We take the track of the Namaza circuit: where we can see many lemurs, we will then go towards the blue swimming pool and the black pool as well as the waterfall of the nymphs. To relax from this tiring day, we can take a bath in the natural pool. At the end of the afternoon, sunset in the famous “window of Isalo“.

Breakfast, visit of the big Tsingy in the morning, discovery of the immensity of the rocky massifs.
Visit of animals like Lemurs and wild plants. Return to the village for lunch.
In the afternoon visit of the small Tsingy and return to the hotel. Night at the hotel and dinner.

Breakfast and lunch at the hotel, days of relaxation. Several optional activities will be offered to you: Snorkeling or scuba diving, excursion in the baobab forest…
Relaxing on the beach, you will enjoy water activities in the lagoon of Ifaty. It is one of the most beautiful in the world with its coral reef.

Departure for Tulear.
TULEAR – ANTANANARIVO (by plane)
On the program for this day, your transfer to Tulear airport where you will fly to Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar, the main departure point for international flights.
Our driver guide will welcome you at Ivato International Airport and accompany you to the hotel where you will be settled.

Our guide driver supports your transfer to the airport according to the schedule of your
flight to your home country. He will stop at the craft market on the road to the airport to allow you to buy beautiful souvenirs of your trip to the Big Island through small handicrafts that represent the country.
