On the east coast the beautiful bay of Ampanihy with its long white sand beach and an emerald colored lagoon.
« L’île aux nattes » . It is a place which is located south of Sainte-Marie and very famous for its beautiful white sand beaches.
Various excursions are available on « Île aux Nattes » : diving, hiking across the island, fishing, canoe trips, quad excursions,… During the whale watching season (June to September), you will have the chance to a sea trip to observe these humpback whales coming from the Atlantic.
