First RN7 riding stage through Madagascar's highlands to the cycling-friendly thermal town of Antsirabe.
Lake Tritriva Excursion
Cycle through rural villages and volcanic scenery to the striking crater lake of Tritriva.
Antsirabe → Zafimaniry
Ride through the artisan highlands, passing Ambositra before reaching the woodcarving villages.
Zafimaniry → Ranomafana
Mountain descent by bike towards the lush rainforest surrounding Ranomafana National Park.
Ranomafana → Sahambavy
Morning guided national park visit, followed by an afternoon ride through tea plantations.
Sahambavy → Ambalavao
Scenic cycling through highlands and vineyards, passing through Fianarantsoa.
Tsaranoro Valley & Pic Caméléon
Ride towards dramatic granite landscapes, with an optional hike to panoramic viewpoints.
Tsaranoro → Ranohira
Transition into southern dry landscapes and arrive at the gateway to Isalo.
Isalo National Park
Two days of biking and short hikes among canyons, natural pools, sandstone formations and hidden trails.
Ranohira → Ifaty
Long descent towards the coast, passing through Toliara before arriving in Ifaty.
Ifaty Rest Day
Beach recovery, snorkeling or optional light coastal cycling.
Ifaty → Toliara
Easy cycling or support transfer back to Toliara, followed by free time.
Toliara → Antananarivo
Domestic flight to Antananarivo and the end of cycling expedition services.
